Frequently asked questions

Can I keep my existing phone numbers?

In most cases, yes. We connect the IP PBX to your existing lines or a SIP trunk so your numbers stay the same.

Do IP phones need separate cabling?

No. IP phones use the structured cabling network and are powered from PoE switches, so no separate phone cabling is needed.

Can staff answer calls on their mobiles?

Yes. Softphone apps let staff use their extensions on a mobile or laptop.
